Absolutely awful experience with leasing staff…I submitted a deposit, got approved, and then told me that I could not see the apartment before moving in
The leasing manager was super shady, and promised they would return my refundable deposit but not yet received
The property itself is okay, but the finish on the apartments is piss poor
Find a better place to rent IMO

I want to thank the amazing staff at this apartment community. Last month, I was bitten by a dog, and the maintenance manager responded immediately and provided first aid. His quick action, care, and support made a difficult situation much easier, and I truly feel he was a lifesaver.
The leasing office staff were also incredibly kind and helpful. They helped pick up my child from the bus stop while I was dealing with the emergency, which meant so much to me.
It is rare to find a community with staff who genuinely care about residents. I am very grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help when I needed it most. Thank you for everything!

Stay Far Away from Ramblewood Village Apartments in Mount Laurel, NJ
My experience with Ramblewood Village Apartments has been extremely disappointing. The management has been unresponsive and appears to show very little concern for the well-being of its residents.
There are ongoing concerns about the condition of the property, including what appears to be poor electrical wiring and maintenance issues that should be addressed promptly. The level of customer service has been frustrating and, in my experience, far below what residents should expect.
Most concerning, an air conditioning unit serving a special needs adult has reportedly been broken for more than three weeks, despite repeated attempts to have the issue resolved. During the summer months, leaving someone without air conditioning for that length of time is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about resident care and responsiveness.
If you are considering renting in the area, I would strongly encourage you to thoroughly research your options and ask detailed questions before signing a lease. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Ramblewood Village Apartments.

This review is for Carlos and the maintenance team. I want to thank Carlos and his team for their help with my recent HVAC issue. Carlos reached out to me several times during the process to ensure everything was going as planned. They made sure I was provided a window unit to keep my bedroom cool while I waited for a replacement. I was relatively stressed as temperatures were approaching the mid-90s for several days.
I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly a brand-new HVAC unit was approved and installed for my entire apartment. The timing could not have been better, as the weather was just beginning to get very hot. Their communication and dedication were greatly appreciated throughout the entire process. Thank you for providing great service and support. I was able to remain cool! Thank you, maintenance!
