  I feel like the personnel of the rental office purposely "dragged" their feet on assisting my husband and I with renting at this facility. As no one of our race were any where near there as residents or staff. It was a very uncomfortable experience. But, very unfortunate for them.

  I wish that zero stars was an option. I have been living here for six months, and it has been one issue after another, in which they take their sweet time and communication is basically non existent. Electric not being hooked up properly, heat broken (in January), dishwasher in pieces. And those are just the initial issues the day I moved in. I also came to find out the air conditioning was broken when the first heat wave came through this year. My washing machine also broke, and it took them over 2 weeks to replace it. All they do for clogs is dump acid down the drain and walk away. A plumber came out in May and said he would talk to the maintenance manager because the drain needs replacing for the bathtub. That has still not happened. Not to mention, they close your work orders without even solving the issues. I have put in 27 work orders since the day I moved in, six months ago. The water is also shut off at least once a month due to water line breaks. And they lie about checking every unit's smoke detector. This place will jerk you around and gaslight you. I can't wait to move out.

  Absolutely awful experience with leasing staff…I submitted a deposit, got approved, and then told me that I could not see the apartment before moving in The leasing manager was super shady, and promised they would return my refundable deposit but not yet received The property itself is okay, but the finish on the apartments is piss poor Find a better place to rent IMO

  Loved touring the one and two bedroom units - everything is updated and the agents are very knowledgeable! The outdoor areas are well-kept, great for pets and kids.

  I want to thank the amazing staff at this apartment community. Last month, I was bitten by a dog, and the maintenance manager responded immediately and provided first aid. His quick action, care, and support made a difficult situation much easier, and I truly feel he was a lifesaver. The leasing office staff were also incredibly kind and helpful. They helped pick up my child from the bus stop while I was dealing with the emergency, which meant so much to me. It is rare to find a community with staff who genuinely care about residents. I am very grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help when I needed it most. Thank you for everything!
