  Echo earlier comments. Roof needs to be repaired and multiple units impacted by water leaks. Zero response from management as to repairs despite repeated calls and emails to them. Horrible company.

  This company is the WORST property management company! They manage The Promenade on Main Street in Voorhees, NJ. Their hoa fees went up to $738 per month, BUT the place STILL LOOKS AWFUL! Just Google or go to Zillow to look at the many condos for sale at this location on Main Street. It once was a beautiful property, but here we are in the middle of the summer and the place isn't even powerwashed, wood trim is damaged, decorative water area has no water and desperately needs to be refurbished, etc. When I call to ask questions, no one answers. When I sent an email to service, no one responds. When I attempted to get ahold of head people, no one responds! The management company shouldn't be in business! Someone should be investigating these issues.

  I talked to Robby, and I have to say he was an incredibly kind and helpful guy. He patiently answered all of my questions and even repeated things multiple times to make sure I fully understood and felt reassured. I really appreciated his professionalism and support.

  This company is horrible. They have no care or concern for the homeowners in the communities that they manage. I suffered severe bullying from our current manager over the past five years that a reputable company would have addressed. However, they say ….oh we will get back to you and they never do. I even contacted the Better Business Bureau and their main office in Texas. No response!Jennifer Johnson is horrible and has no professionalism and just like most low vibrational people,she will accuse you of doing what she does and basically in the past, I just emulated her bad behavior! As of the past few weeks, any correspondence that came from me was professional and constructed by advocates. She’s ignoring them all ….so,I would like to know what her excuse is now? Because when I would be upset with her failure as a manager, she would say I’m not responding to you. You’re abusive and rude and unprofessional. If being abusive, rude and unprofessional, is somebody who’s very upset that they’re not getting what they’re paying for? Or calling someone on their failing duties? Then OK. I myself have managed in my field, and I couldn’t begin to fathom treating a patient who is upset about something in the way this person has treated me and from what I have been told others. This company does not care. I’ve copied in her supervisor Alan Tate with these professional emails. He does not respond the past election where I’ve ran which they hated me because I was only on the board for change and transparency was done at her home with no witnesses?? This is not ethical!!!!! laws need to be changed and they’re going to be no development should have to contend or deal with such negative entities. The repair on my front walk was finally done and done properly after non stop complaining.I sent her an email saying …I was happy. She actually got back and said it’s the same company with a snarky, rude and unprofessional manner. The professional response should’ve been oh good. I’m glad you’re happy so I will mark this as complete. If you’re looking to buy a house or you’re looking for a management company stay away from this company. These reviews are good. Go check out the other reviews on yelp and other sites so I don’t know what this about. I do know that I experienced positivity by one person there by the name of Patty Plover and I wish they would’ve assigned her to my development. She was courteous and professional and prompt. Jennifer’s superiors, don’t even care to reach out to you or make things right . A big failure in business as far as I’m concerned.
