We lived here from 2022 to 2023, and let's just say go find anywhere else to live please. - Had to call the police on our neighbors multiple times for domestic violence and constant noise complaints for blasting music between 12 - 4 am (police do not help anyone in this complex, they are regularly visiting) - Packages stolen or opened by neighbors and left in the hallways - You can hear EVERYTHING, walls and floors are very very thin. - The heat/AC units are ancient and maintenance cannot actually fix it because they would need to just replace the whole unit. Heat would turn itself off every night and AC would freeze every week and then flood the unit when defrosting. (Expect to pay $300/month in the summer due to the ancient unit) - Tenants spilling trash and leaving it throughout the shared stairways. - The front office claims you can email them with issues but they do not respond. - Parking is atrocious, good luck getting a spot! - My car was hit and damaged in the parking lot, paint completely gone down to the metal on the rear driver door. - The trash always full and debris goes in the parking lot. - They claim to be "military friendly" but they just use the few military tenants they have to claim their community is safe. It is not. - Brown water from the day we moved in to the day we left, you need filters on every single faucet and shower head at all times.

To start I wish I didn’t rush into moving here cause the price was “good”. No amount of money is worth this place. Our sink was leaking the first week we moved in, fixed right away as I mentioned it while they were already in the apartment. Within two months of living there we had water start pouring in from upstairs as the neighbor left the water running all night and their diverter was leaking. Took a whole month for all of those issues to be somewhat fixed. We had to reach out multiple times for them to just do their jobs. They told us even after we found mold in the closet that there wouldn’t be any in the wall and dismissed us. Well, we opened the wall our self and we found mold, shocker. Now, for the second time we’ve had another leak. They closed the service request within 3 minutes of calling us saying they were going in. No call after, no follow up, nothing. I had to reach back out to figure out what happened so they sent someone else out. Suspicious. He actually looked around and went upstairs which took more than 3 minutes. I also let him listen to a a video of water dripping in the walls. He “assured” me it wasn’t water, but we haven’t heard it since, again, suspicious. We’ve been denied a credit to our rent as they don’t find these inconveniences enough. Attached is also what you can expect your closets to look like on the inside. Moral of the story, if you can afford to move somewhere else, do it.

My girlfriend and I moved in one day and had to move out that same day. The apartment was cute but the fixtures and wood work were stained and the entire apartment wreaked like cigarette smoke. The secondhand smoke was painful. My girlfriend has asthma and we had explained this to the leasing office prior to us moving in and they would not let us see the apartment until move-in day. There were a lot of red flags but we decided to go forward with the plan anyway. The HVAC systems are questionable and there is no internal room intakes which means if the apartment next to you smokes cigarettes (which they had - in multi-unit apartments and public indoor spaces) and they just run their HVAC fan more, it will literally force the smoke through the floors and walls into your apartment. We were very excited to move in and the local staff (especially the leasing agent) at the Mount Holly site were awesome and as helpful as they could be but… the property manager, Cindi, more or less stole our ‘reservation fee’ and was unlikely to refund have refunded our first check (of which they cashed immediately without our signing of a lease or inspection sheet) if I had not pestered her. She told my girlfriend, “you can leave,” after she had inquired as to how they planned to clean our prospective apartment. She was a very awful and unprofessional person to interact with. Overall, I would recommend anyone who is sensitive to smoke or dust/dander to stay clear.

Awkward layout with no cabinets, had to buy shelving unit for plates and glasses. Small closets, no coat closet, just one small one in each bedroom. Vents don't work well in all the rooms, freezing in winter due to ZERO insulation. Vents pull cigarette smoke from other apartments causing it to smell like we smoke -- I am a non-smoker. Filled out an inspection report at lease signing and nothing has been done about the problems noted.
