  Amanda Peck is very unprofessional. I met with her Wednesday 710/2019 after several text message she decided to meet with me. stating she was in a meeting all day, guess she didn’t use bathroom or go to lunch. Anyway she told me apartment is still available and emailed me application. The next day I had all documentation as requested by her. I texted called, and email she never responded. Only after numerous calls to PMI property they told me listing is no longer available. Amanda Peck has not returned my calls or text to this day .I know she received text because her read receipt is on., so unprofessional. Do not contact her. Any other review about her timely response is a lie she probably wrote it herself. If they had ZERO THATS WHAT I WOULD GIVE HER. Very childish of her

  My company needed to transition from the previous property management company and needed to find a replacement. We searched online and found this company. That very day, we were given a rapid reply and they explained their services. They were able to handle the difficult transition from the previous property management company without aggravation for my tenants. The company is very thorough and post notes and statements online so that I can access property history more efficiently than in the past. Communication with the property management is stellar! There was water damage that occurred within the unit. They reached out to me as they were working on resolving the issue. I was given wonderful options as how to best proceed. To my surprise, I didn't have to follow up with them. They addressed the matter promptly. I would highly recommend PMI Prime Property Services to anyone.

  Kevin is a rare find: a terrific "get it done now" kind of personality. He stepped into a difficult situation involving a problem tenant, coordinated a few different contractors, and in a just a few days did exactly what was needed to address the issues. He is knowledgeable, experienced, persistent, and shows great judgment and independent initiative. Highly recommended.
