  This is a well-maintained building with an excellent staff. The staff lives on premise so any issues get addressed promptly. Upon entering the building, it is evident that everything is cleaned on a regular basis. Our apartment is spacious and the balcony is a plus. The company invests in the landscaping and therefore the exterior is inviting. Everyone we have dealt with in this organization is accessible and accommodating. The location of this building is exceptional. You can walk right into the center of Morristown, a vibrant town, or walk to the train into NYC. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  Advertised 1/1 for $1695 in last 2 days. Call and nope the only units they have for 1/1 are $1915 and up. Mis-leading advertising. I have no issue with what they choose to charge, but this is blatantly mis-leading on what they have to offer and a waste of time for both parties involved.

  LARGEST BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM IN MORRISTOWN. They advertise lower prices than what they actually offer. leasing manager is rude and ignorant.
