  It is hard for me to find the words to describe just how wonderful Kat is as a person and how amazing and talented she is as a real estate agent. She helped me through one of the most emotionally charged experiences in my life — selling my home in a divorce process and purchasing a new one — and she did it with such grace, patience, and genuine care that I honestly don't know how we would have gotten through it without her. From the very beginning, she made me feel heard. Whether it was a quick question or a bigger concern, she was always reachable, always responsive, and never once made me feel like I was bothering her. That consistency meant the world to me during a time when uncertainty felt constant. What truly set her apart was her deep knowledge of the local market. I sold a house in one market that was completely different from the other market that I purchased in. Kat new both markets intimately. For selling my home, she knew exactly how to position my home for sale and even brought in a staging consult, so I could get the most out of the sale of our house. On the other side, she guided me strategically when it came to finding and securing my new one. Kat did many long drives on the Turnpike to show me houses 1.5 hours away!!! That’s dedication!   Kat is super awesome in walking us through as first time VA loa home buyers. She is also very quick and super hard working. We close on our house 5 weeks from the day we saw it and it was so so awesome. We are having our parents over this Easter weekend and they love the house as well. We are so thankful for a buyer agent that would speak up on your behalf and making all the necessary calls! We are thinking to ask her to be our seller agent if we ever sell our house to move to a different base later in life, shes that awesome.
