  As a first-time homebuyer, I felt confident with Marilou in my corner. She knows the process inside and out, explained every step clearly, and answered all my questions. She was always available, whether to show houses or to talk things through by text, email, or phone at any hour. It felt like we were buying the house together as a team. After we'd seen several homes, she set realistic expectations for the tough seller's market: what was negotiable, which concessions were reasonable, and what kinds of offers would actually be accepted. I'd highly recommend Marilou to any buyer, first-time or otherwise.

  Marilou was the angel who came to me when I needed her most. I had been working with another agent for about a year and did not have much luck. After a less than pleasant experience, I decided to look around for another agent. That's when Marilou showed up, as if it was destiny. She was super professional about everything, within a week we had been able to visit more houses than I had previously. She was even able to get me houses before they even hit the market. Marilou was exceptional at negotiating with the other agents. I can safely recommend Marilou to anyone looking for an agent!
