- JJJustin6 days ago1.0I have lived here for 2 years and thank god I move out next week. If you plan on moving here keep these things in mind: power will turn off anytime it gets a little windy or rainy (this happens more than multiple times a year, and for hours at a time), HOA will randomly make you pay hundreds and hundreds of extra dollars if it “snows too much” because paying workers is out of their budget. And lastly, the houses are made horribly. Extremely cheap materials and thin walls. Anything you can imagine, will somehow break. Extremely low quality houses. I hope people that are interested can see this before making the same mistake I did.

Throughout the past year, we had some issues that were addressed by Giovanni Webb at Toll Brothers and the air conditioning team. We just finished our 1 year warranty and all our concerns were addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.
