  We have lived here for 1 year and absolutely love the location, our home and, our neighbors. Throughout the past year, we had some issues that were addressed by Giovanni Webb at Toll Brothers and the air conditioning team. We just finished our 1 year warranty and all our concerns were addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.

  My 1 star is for Toll Brother in general. Recently purchased in Holmdel and can honestly say that they make a lot of promises when you purchase but since they go through employees like socks those promises are soon forgotten about. I have been waiting since last year to have my warranty items repaired but since the community is nearly done they are ignoring what they should be taking care of. When purchasing a new home or townhome beware that most of their upgrades are not worth the price. I upgraded the Hardwood floors and they continue to splinter and I am not the only one this has happen too. When the floor repair guy came to replace I asked him why this was happening and I was told it was because they are cheap floors, even though i paid to upgrade. The nail pops throughout my Townhouse are in every room and I was told they could only repair a handful. My water heater was placed in the middle of my basement and I was told to build around it if I wanted to finish the basement. I had to pay to have it placed in the right spot. So, keep a eye open on all aspects of the building process.They want a lot of money for their homes but don't always follow up on what they are suppose to do.
