The value for the space is excellent. The leasing process with amanda was pretty easy as well, she also specifically hosts fun events for residents. But the reason for this review is Isaiah the maintenance man. He’s a solid gentleman, he’s not only courteous and respectful but he’s prompt on repairs and remains in communication with you for updates and to simply checkin on how we’re doing. He is the epitome of customer service and hospitality.
