  I wanted to share my experience so prospective residents can make an informed decision. I moved into a brand-new construction unit expecting it to be completely pest-free. During my initial walkthrough after achieving my keys and prior to moving in my belongings, I noticed a roach. I immediately brought it to management's attention, and I was told the issue would be addressed before I moved my belongings into the apartment. I appreciated their prompt response. Unfortunately, about 2–3 months later, I saw another roach. I reported it, and pest control was sent to treat the apartment again. Today, I had another sighting. I understand that pest issues can occur in any multifamily building, and I appreciate that management has responded by arranging pest control when I've reported the problem. However, it's frustrating and disappointing to continue experiencing roach sightings in what is supposed to be a brand-new building. One of the reasons I chose a new construction community was the expectation that issues like this would not be an ongoing concern. The community does have many positive qualities, but had I known I would continue experiencing roach sightings, I likely would have made a different decision about leasing the apartment. This review reflects my personal experience and is intended to provide an honest account for prospective residents. Others may have had a different experience, but I am sharing my personal experience living here.

  I recently moved in April of this year. From the start process of getting the place to moving in was super easy. Alec was very helpful in the process and I would recommend using him when inquiring about this property. Everything here is well maintained and clean and if there is ever an issue they are fast acting. Everyone that works here is professional and kind and will help you with all your needs. 10/10 experience at the Franklin of Marlboro

  Luxury is an understatement! The staff especially Arthur, Jake, & even down to the super Keke have just been incredible. If you are looking for a family friendly, safe environment, with great neighbors, great amenities, this is your place!!!
