  My experience at the Eagle rock community is a good one. We appreciate our maintenance man Paul who has been reliable with the work in the apt and in the complex. For someone the appreciates good service, I am glad to be a part of this community.

  The friendly and hospitable character of Pablo is greatly appreciated along with his quick response and attention to services needed if any issues come about with your apartment. Definitely can rest easy knowing that the problem will be addressed and fixed.

  Have lived here for a few months now and the community is great nice and quiet and grass is well kept. Wanted to the do a good review for our maintenance man Pablo, he is super helpful and kind and always tried to get the job done as quick as he can even if he was to come multiple times the same day ! Very great at his job, thank you Pablo !

  I’ve been living in the town homes for the past 15 months and recently signed a lease for another year. I’ve loved living here- it’s quiet, well kept and clean. The management has been responsive when there’s been issues (only issues have been hot water once, backed up sink and a mouse). The super/ maintenance man Pablo is lovely. The community is welcoming and it’s a peaceful place to come home to. As a former home owner I’m enjoying someone else being responsible for all the maintenance! Snow/ lawn/ general maintenance has never been a problem.
