  Working with Gina was an absolute joy from start to finish! She is extremely knowledgeable and happily goes the extra mile to help in any way she can. She took the initiative many times to ensure things went as smoothly as possible and coordinated appointments/repairs. She was always available and took care of things that were out of her responsibilities. I am extremely grateful to have had the pleasure of working with her!

  I am so happy to have found Gina Trani. She sold my mom's house within days. My situation was not great as my mom needed to move to an assisted living. Gina sold my mom's house quickly and above the asking price. She was ALWAYS available and knowledgeable. Gina went above and beyond to help me with inspections when I couldn't be there. The pictures she took of my mom's place were amazing. I would definitely work with Gina again and I hope you do too.

  Gina was extremely helpful and transparent throughout the selling process. Our property had a few trials but Gina leapt over each hurdle flawlessly and quickly! She was always willing to answer our questions and do favors to us after we moved out of state. We cannot give her enough praise. Highly recommend her for either selling or buying. She’s wonderful!

  As a Home Inspector, I have had the fortune to work with Mrs. Gina Trani for over a year now, and during this time frame I have witnessed many happy Clients express their overjoyed and satisfying experience. They can't wait to tell all her friends and family of the new friend they have made. They are constantly enjoying their time at their new home during the inspection and continue to show their happy faces well after we leave the home. It didn't matter if I was there to do a pre-listing inspection or looking at their new home, Gina always address their concerns and questions with vast knowledge and resourceful answers. In the "Real Estate" business, it is important to trust someone to guide you properly while listing or buying your new home, Gina goes beyond expectations to get you to the finish line. I could tell you stories of her mowing their lawn to get to the closing table or hanging smoke alarms to past a COO Inspection... you just can't go wrong choosing Gina as your Realtor.   Gina is incredible! She is the best! She knows her market, she knows how to advocate for whoever she is representing and very accessible. She bends over backwards to meet the needs of her customers. Couldn't be happier, can't wait to use her again and I've already referred her to my family and friends!
