  I would 100% recommend Ridgedale Gardens to young professionals or small families! It is a beautiful area with cute shops and eats walkable from the apartments. My main concern before moving in was not having in-unit laundry, but the laundry room is clean, well-maintained, and easy to use. I did not have any issues during my stay here, and I'm sad to go! It was great working with Genesis to get my lease organized. She was always responsive and was able to send me a video tour before signing. Overall, a great place!

  We lived at General Wayne Townhomes for the past five years and had an exceptional experience. Over that time, the management invested heavily in updating and improving the complex, and it truly showed year after year. The neighbors were phenomenal and only got better with time, which made it feel like a real community rather than just a place to live. The grounds are always well maintained, and the landscaping—especially the flowers in the spring—is beautiful. If I had to note one minor drawback, there was some draftiness during the winter, but management proactively replaces the windows whenever a unit turns over, so this should no longer be an issue. Ron, who runs the facility, is outstanding—responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about residents. The owner, Henry, was also a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t recommend General Wayne Townhomes enough and are very grateful for the five years we spent there.

  I would say we had worst experince in this complex. Its not at all kids friendly whole building cracks. Their is no voice isolation. Even in townhouses you can hear the washroom flush even in your house. Stairs cracking voice. Not recommended for families with kids. They dont fix stuff timely and when you leave tge apartment they charge everything and fix from your deposit money. If i could give zero rating i would have given that.

  Great managers and great customer service. Very helpful staff. Allyse was very kind and went out of her way to let me know about the property amenities.
