  While the property itself looks nice, beware of management's dishonest and predatory pricing tactics. We fell in love with a unit that wasn't ready to tour yet, only to watch the quoted rent jump by over $75 in just four days with zero explanation. Using "market fluctuation" as a cover for arbitrary price hikes on interested prospects is a classic bait-and-switch. Don't waste your time with management that inflates prices before you can even step foot inside.

  I will say, the maintenance team and the people in the front office were overall great during my time there. The neighbors are mostly nice and the food trucks they have weekly are cool. The unit was a nice size and had all of the amenities I was looking for at the time of my move. However there were too many other things that I could not overlook and why I moved. For marketing this as a luxury complex and with a luxury price tag, it is not worth it and I do not recommend living here. I haven’t received my deposit back yet and don’t have high hopes for management getting back to me on that. 1. Guest parking is horrible. There’s maybe a total of 15 spots for 7 buildings. You can’t park on the street without being ticketed. So if I had someone coming over, I would park my car in a guest spot and have my guest park in my spot. I was told by someone in the front office that was ok. Then I got threatened by management for having my car there and they damaged my cars driver side window. I requested reimbursement and security footage, I was denied. 2. The pool is always over crowded, but it’s well maintained by American Pool. Just wish it was larger or had more chairs since you need to get there first thing when it opens to get a chair. 3. The garbage room is a disaster. People constantly leave opened bags in there and don’t break down boxes so it’s impossible to even open the door. It causes the entire elevator area to smell. 4. People do not pick up after their dogs. Even with multiple pet waste stations around the property, there’s poop everywhere. 5. The day my lease ended was a nightmare. Someone from their team had clearly been in my apartment that I was still liable for and left miscellaneous items around my apartment, including their leftovers in my fridge and a phone charger. They also used my step ladder. All without my knowledge or consent. 6. The smoke detectors go off if you make toast. Im not kidding. It’s the most sensitive fire alarm I have ever experienced and there was no remedy for this. 7. Packages go missing constantly during the holidays. Once the package lockers get filled it’s a total toss up if you’ll ever receive your package. 8. The gym machines are not well maintained. Most of them are outdated, make really loud noises when in use or broken. 9. This past winter the snow removal was horrible. I could not open any doors to let my pet out and couldn’t even get my car out of the garage. Again, giving this place two stars mostly for the people. They were great. These other factors are the main reason I left.

  Many residents do not clean up after their dogs, leaving pet waste around the property. There is also an ongoing issue with bags of garbage being left in the parking garage instead of being disposed of properly. This attracts bugs and other pests and creates an unpleasant environment for everyone living here. Another recurring issue is the visitor parking. Several vehicles appear to have been parked in the visitor spaces for weeks at a time, making it difficult for actual visitors to find parking. It doesn't seem like these spaces are being monitored or enforced.
