  My fiancée and I had our first home/apartment here and we loved it! The apartment was newly renovated and cozy. We even adopted our first pup to bring home. We loved every thing about living here. Easy to walk to many restaurants/coffee shops/trains/and houses of worship. Especially convenient for Sunday strolls to the farmers market right next door. The price is truly unbeatable for northern NJ. Alysse the property manager was great and easy to work with and Carlos on maintenance was phenomenal with responding right away to any emergency we had with our apartment. If you are considering making here your home don’t even think about it, just do it! 10/5 stars

  Where do I even begin?! My boyfriend and I moved into the Park Lane apartments last March and it truly had been the best experience ever! From moving into our first place together, getting our puppy and getting engaged, we have made soooo many amazing memories that will last a life time! Alysse, the property manager was absolutely amazing! I cannot forgot our maintenance guy, Carlos! He was there every minute we ever needed anything. Truly amazing people! Not to mention, the best community honestly! Our neighbors were all amazing and it is a very tight knit community. I can’t express how grateful my fiancé, Michael and I are for being able to spend our first year living together here! Thank you again for all the memories Park Lane! You will truly be missed! Love.   I am having a wonderful experience trying to find my family a new home. They are very nice and if you don't know something they are here to help. Nice to see places kept up with and are really there for the tenants. Allyse flecha i would highly recommend.

  My wife and I spoke to allyse flecha about a rental apartment and had the best experience and interaction of a lifetime Ms. Flecha is amazing ,professional, personable and charming Answered all of our questions In the kindest manner Kriegman and Smith, you have a winning employee ,don't ever lose allyse We don't want to talk with anyone other than Ms. Flecha as she is the best part of kriegman and smith
