  As far the apartments they’re good enough if you’re living by yourself. Everything works well. The reason for the 1 star is for the leasing agent Jeanne Cilurso. She gives completely unprofessional responses and has no customer service skills. She will be nice to you to sell you the apartment, after that you will get short reply’s with no help. I called upset, instead of having a full conversation, she just hangs up. Not sure how that’s acceptable with any business. With one of the snow storms, they hadn’t plowed the parking lot for a couple days so there was limited parking. I sent an email asking them to clear the parking lot, here’s her response back

  First, Jennie Cilurso at the leasing office is the best. she has been friendly and helpful since day 1 as well as throughout my whole stay. the apartments and yards are clean and maintained. most importantly, there were no rodent issues, which I really appreciated. the only complaint i have is that the ac/heating unit in the apartment itself is very loud. but overall, I highly recommend this place because of the good price, the cleanliness, and the prompt, helpful apartment maintenance personnel.

  Lived here for a year in 2021. Definitely affordable when I was there and you get a lot of space but it was on the older side and had a problem with bugs from outside coming in, mainly crickets. Overall an okay place to live
