Maintenance teams are typically very friendly and help resolve issues as quickly as possible. The historic homes have some maintenance/aesthetic issues that need to be resolved but overall we've enjoyed living here. Scott Plaza area is a nice hidden gem and convenient for folks working on Ft. Dix side.
