  Five Stars for the maintenance team! They always answer my request promptly. Rene installed my new fridge filter within an hour of placing the request. He then proceeded to share insight on what to do if we need to complete the task ourselves next time. He also went above the ask and helped clean our air conditioner before leaving!

  Rene from maintenance fixed our washer that was making a loud banging noise. He was prompt, professional, and helpful. He also provided a sink stopper and checked our water filter. Great service!

  Really glad I chose to live at The Enclave. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the actual apartments are very nice with modern finishes and good equipment. The amenities are a huge plus—the pool and the game room are great spots to unwind. Maintenance takes a day or a couple of days to respond, which is totally fair and understandable since they always fix the issue properly. Management has also been very kind and accommodating with my recent requests. It's a sophisticated community, and while rent in JC can be high, The Enclave is actually one of the cheaper, high-quality options in this specific pocket. It’s been a great place to live.
