  Save yourself the headache and live literally anywhere else. This building and management company are an absolute disaster. They love to market themselves as a luxury, dog-friendly community, but once you've signed the lease and they're collecting your money, good luck getting anyone to care about your concerns. Let's start with the "dog-friendly" part. The dog parks are completely neglected. In the winter, management lets snow pile up until it freezes into a giant sheet of ice, turning the dog park into a hazard instead of an amenity. In the summer, the parks smell like a giant toilet because they never properly clean or wash them down. Residents pay premium rent prices, yet apparently basic maintenance of a dog park is too much to ask. The maintenance team moves at a glacial pace. No matter what the issue is, expect to wait. Then wait some more. Communication is terrible, and getting updates is like pulling teeth. The leasing office is by far the worst part of this property. Their entire focus seems to be squeezing every possible dollar out of residents. My husband and I purchased a home and entered into their Rent-to-ReRent program. Instead of making a reasonable effort to re-rent the apartment, they listed it approximately 11% above market value, making it much harder to find a new tenant while we remained financially responsible. It felt less like they wanted to help re-rent the apartment and more like they wanted to keep collecting money from us as long as possible. To make matters worse, they continued attempting to charge us utilities for months after we had already moved out and were no longer living there. We constantly had to monitor our account and challenge charges that never should have been there in the first place. The lack of communication, lack of accountability, slow maintenance, neglected amenities, and constant focus on extracting more money from residents made this one of the most frustrating rental experiences we've ever had. If you're considering signing a lease here, read the negative reviews carefully—they exist for a reason. We are beyond relieved to be gone.

  This is a beautiful apartment complex with amazing amenities, brand new modern apartment, in a upcoming city across NYC. My family and I moved into this building two weeks ago and I am still in awe of how beautiful our apartment is and the view we have of the freedom tower, Empire State Building, and other sky scrapers. I am want to thank Monica Trujillo for her amazing tutor of the apartments and building, her awesome personality, and guiding us through the application process back in October.
