  I’ve lived at The Franklin at Hillsborough for a year and just renewed. The maintenance team is always timely and helpful, and Alec made the renewal process super easy. The location is also great with plenty of businesses nearby, which makes everything really convenient. Overall, I’ve had a great experience here!

  Absolutely love it! The community is beautiful, modern, and feels truly luxurious. The amenities are top-notch, the property is always well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a luxury rental!

  I moved here at the beginning of the new year and have had no complaints. The apartment has a beautiful layout and the location provides incredible convenience to a wide array of local businesses. Have not run into many issues but the few times I needed assistance or ran into a problem, management would respond to or handle it expeditiously.
