- DDdakotaJun 7, 20264.0The staff are amazing. Nick Rodriguez has made a huge impact. If the negative reviews about management are from before he started, Nick has changed all of that. Front desk staff, maintenance, and cleaner are extremely friendly. All around good people working here. Only minor negatives in my opinion. I don’t like that they won’t delay the pool closing like some of the other apartments do when it’s still really hot. The pool doesn’t seem to be heated but it’s ok most of the summer. Other missing piece is a dog park of some sort.
