  I recently moved out of the building, so you can trust my review ☺️. I lived at Dey & Bergen for about 3 years. The apartment itself was spacious, and the amenities are nice, although I really only used the gym. The gym is pretty good for a building; the only issue is that the tenants don't rerack weights, put things back, or clean up after themselves all the time. The property is well-maintained and all the people at the concierge are friendly and helpful. I lived on the top floor, so I didn't have an issue with neighbor noise on top of me, however, sometimes I would hear the HVAC system or something vibrating my apartment on a regular basis. At first, it bothered me, but I got used to it. The appliances in the apartment are good, especially the washer and dryer. Whenever I needed maintenance, they responded quickly. Only once did they not completely fix the item, but when I put in another ticket, they rectified the issue. One complaint I had is the garage. It's a tight space and although they installed speed bumps, people still drive in the middle of the two-way path, or faster than they should. Also, since the decks are not completely covered, pigeons fly in and can cover your car in poop, depending on where you park. The leasing office sometimes needed multiple follow ups, but they did always resolve any issues and answer questions. The neighborhood lacks things to do and walk-ability, and is the major reason I moved out. If you love the area or already have friends and family close by, Dey & Bergen is a great choice.

  Great apartment units with awesome amenities and a super helpful leasing staff. When I needed to downsize to better suit my needs, Shannon went above and beyond to find me a unit that fit perfectly.
