  If you’re into nature and quiet living, Kuser Village is a great fit. The apartments are surrounded by woods and greenery, so it feels tucked away, especially nice for morning walks and coming home to a calmer, more peaceful setting. When we moved in, we didn’t know what to expect. We assumed it might be one of those places where tenants get neglected, but it turned out to be the exact opposite. Management takes great care of the apartments and the surrounding areas, and the grounds are consistently well maintained (including regular lawn mowing). Parking has also been a huge plus. There’s ample space, and we’ve never had to hunt for a spot. The staff is responsive and helpful whenever we have a question or need something addressed. It’s also been a very peaceful place to live. I’m not sure if it’s the construction or just considerate neighbors, but we don’t hear every step or movement from nearby units. Overall, my husband and I love living here, and we’d absolutely recommend it.

  I loved living in the quaint and quiet area of Hamilton, NJ. The property is well maintained; maintenance is very quick when there's an issue or just need general maintenance. Very spacious, good closet space, and huge screened in balconies. I have no complaints; the community manager Ida is Awesome! Any complaints of noise and taking advantage of parking, she will get right on it!

  Ida is very professional, friendly with all residents and very attentive anytime you need assistance. We’ve been here two years and couldn’t be happier.

  Used to be a good place to live 3 years ago, however with the change in management there has been an overall decline in the quality of living with rising rents and the current management performs suboptimal in addressing any issues facing the renters in terms of maintaining discipline within the community, which everyone deserves. Maintenance work is always on time. Would never choose it again.
