  One of the best places to live! Very responsive to our needs! The leasing agent was very accessible & very gracious! The maintenance department is 1 of the best! I wish my mom could if stayed there!

  If you’re into nature and quiet living, Kuser Village is a great fit. The apartments are surrounded by woods and greenery, so it feels tucked away, especially nice for morning walks and coming home to a calmer, more peaceful setting. When we moved in, we didn’t know what to expect. We assumed it might be one of those places where tenants get neglected, but it turned out to be the exact opposite. Management takes great care of the apartments and the surrounding areas, and the grounds are consistently well maintained (including regular lawn mowing). Parking has also been a huge plus. There’s ample space, and we’ve never had to hunt for a spot. The staff is responsive and helpful whenever we have a question or need something addressed. It’s also been a very peaceful place to live. I’m not sure if it’s the construction or just considerate neighbors, but we don’t hear every step or movement from nearby units. Overall, my husband and I love living here, and we’d absolutely recommend it.

  Kuser Village has been nothing but amazing so far in the 2 months I’ve been here. The entire complex is kept in great condition and always clean, everyone is very friendly, and any problems you might come across is handled quickly and efficiently from everyone on staff. Ida and all the maintenance guys are wonderful. My apartment has such a homey feel to it and is in wonderful shape. EDIT - Moved out 9/1, never gave this place any trouble. Dropped both my apartment key and mailbox key in their mailbox the night i moved out. I was then told my mailbox key wasnt there and i will be charged $35 dollars. I refused to pay $35 dollars considering i have a video of me dropping both keys in their mailbox. I WAS STILL CHARGED $35. Maybe get a seperate key drop box. Last thing i heard was "There was a couple moveouts maybe it got mixed up" THEN NEVER ANSWERED ME. AVOID THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET IT WHEN MOVING OUT

  I lived for three years from july 2020 til June 2023. Quick maintainance and no major issues. Extremely safe and quiet.
