- PNPAUL NALVEN6 days ago5.0In June of 2024 I sold a farm in the Catskills region of NY. Since that time I became focused on buying a rural property in Western NJ, closer to my principal residence in NYC. I eventually met Debbie Sayer and her partner Angelo Moliterno from Exit Realty in Hackettstown. My wife and have seen at least 30 properties with Angelo or Debbie, since Spring of 2025. I signed contracts on a couple of deals that had flaws like faulty septic systems, underground tanks and other problems that caused me to cancel these transactions. Rather than pressure my wife and I , Angelo and Debbie stayed loyal, focused, hard working and enthusiastic about us finding the ideal property in Warren and Hunterdon Counties where we were looking. Debbie is a native Warren County resident with a business background and knowledge of construction and property development issues and knew everything about the municipalities we were looking at. Angelo is also a source of incredible practical knowledge about the scope of necessary repairs and construction solutions presented by conditions at the properties we saw with them. This was truly helpful and beneficial in terms of understanding if a given property was within our budget and how to structure offers. Being in a commission business, they still always put our ideas and goals first and never lost momentum in our search for a second home. Tomorrow ( May 15, 2026) I am closing on a beautiful property in the mountains of Warren County NJ near the Delaware Water Gap in an area of beautiful homes and farms. These are super real estate professionals and good people. You should use them for your next buy or sell real estate project in this region!! They are wonderful! Paul Nalven
