  Love living here, been here is 2019. The staff here is awesome both maintenance and office. If you have an issue they address it quickly. Also run monthly events for the complex which is very appreciated.

  Management staff are generally very kind and welcoming at the entrance, and they sometimes even help carry items. However, there are a few areas where management does not seem to be fully addressing certain issues. It appears that non-resident vehicles are entering the guest parking area at night, playing loud music and having conversations. This often wakes me from sleep and can feel quite unsettling. It also seems that management has not taken any action regarding this issue. 8/8/2026 I understand that Management allows residents to rent the club room for private parties until 11:00 PM, and I respect that policy. However, the noise tonight was extremely loud, to the point that it was very difficult for residents to sleep. I understand that residents may need to tolerate some level of noise until 11:00 PM. However, the noise continued even after 11:00 PM. At around 11:15 PM, it was still extremely loud, so I checked and found that people were still in the club room and continuing their party. At around 11:25 PM, people were still talking loudly in the hallway. It became so disruptive that I had to come out of my apartment to see what was happening. At this point, I have to ask: Is Management actually monitoring and managing the situation after 11:00 PM? What is especially disappointing is that Management told us that the room was being cleaned, but based on what we personally observed, that did not appear to be the case. I understand that allowing residents to rent the club room is part of the building’s policy. However, once the rental period ends at 11:00 PM, I believe Management has a responsibility to ensure that the room and surrounding areas remain quiet so that other residents can sleep and enjoy their homes peacefully. Please take this matter seriously. Excessive noise late at night can significantly affect residents’ sleep and daily lives. I sincerely hope that going forward, Management will ensure that the 11:00 PM end time is actually respected and that appropriate measures are taken to prevent this from happening again.

  This leasing department is horrible. You call for help they don’t have nobody help on site. They installed the wall unit heating unit in our master bedroom. It does not work at all. You call the department for help and the person answering the phone doesn’t speak and licking English this is ridiculous this place it is horrible.
