This is the best apartment and management company on the prospect ave, good facilities, lovely staff, amazing maintenance response, good neighbors and above all a great connectivity to NYC. Thanks

I’ve been coming to this building for medical appointments 7 days a week for the past 8 months, and unfortunately the experience with the front desk staff and doorman has been consistently uncomfortable. As someone recovering from serious injuries, there are days I need to sit in the lobby to rest my legs while waiting for my transportation. Instead of being treated with basic kindness or understanding, I often feel watched, judged, and unwelcome. The doorman repeatedly hovers around me whenever I’m sitting in the lounge area, even though I am simply resting while waiting for my car service. What makes this more upsetting is that I’ve seen residents sit the same way or use the seating similarly without being approached or corrected. It feels like the treatment changes once they know you are not a resident. The older gentleman at the front desk with glasses and the doorman rarely greet visitors or create a welcoming environment. On one occasion, I was told not to use the main elevators because they “didn’t want to buzz me in” since I come frequently for appointments. Despite explaining that I’m injured and have difficulty with stairs, I was instructed to use the side entrance and stairs to access another elevator. Being made to physically struggle while attending ongoing medical treatment felt incredibly dismissive and inconsiderate. No one expects special treatment, but basic compassion, professionalism, and respect toward injured patients and visitors should not be too much to ask.

The building is old but the rooms are big. I like the location but the elevator is a constantly down. There hasn't been a community manager on site in several years.
