I’ve been coming to this building for medical appointments 7 days a week for the past 8 months, and unfortunately the experience with the front desk staff and doorman has been consistently uncomfortable. As someone recovering from serious injuries, there are days I need to sit in the lobby to rest my legs while waiting for my transportation. Instead of being treated with basic kindness or understanding, I often feel watched, judged, and unwelcome.
The doorman repeatedly hovers around me whenever I’m sitting in the lounge area, even though I am simply resting while waiting for my car service. What makes this more upsetting is that I’ve seen residents sit the same way or use the seating similarly without being approached or corrected. It feels like the treatment changes once they know you are not a resident.
The older gentleman at the front desk with glasses and the doorman rarely greet visitors or create a welcoming environment. On one occasion, I was told not to use the main elevators because they “didn’t want to buzz me in” since I come frequently for appointments. Despite explaining that I’m injured and have difficulty with stairs, I was instructed to use the side entrance and stairs to access another elevator. Being made to physically struggle while attending ongoing medical treatment felt incredibly dismissive and inconsiderate.
No one expects special treatment, but basic compassion, professionalism, and respect toward injured patients and visitors should not be too much to ask.

Do not move here!!!!!
Nancy does a really good job at creating a false dream and she really does a good job at her job because the experience that I thought I was going to get with living here is the opposite of what I actually got so if you’re thinking of moving here, please run. run as fast as you can and here are a few few reasons why:
I have been here for three years we moved as we were expecting to begin a family, which is the only reason why we are still here cause it’s not as easy to move with an infant but now that he is older, we will be out of here this year, so please do not move here lol
Maintenance when submitting a request they never give you notice of when they are going to show up at your door to complete that request so that means they just pop up on you. They don’t give you time to prepare for their arrival that also means you can’t even be decent and prepare yourself to be decent for strange men walking into your home as a woman that is very, very scary and frightening. I have been promised by Chrispin cruz the manager multiple times. He explain each that he understands why I am requesting maintenance Call ahead of their arrival yet they still have not done that.
Another maintenance issue they create so many excuses as to why they cannot fix the presenting problem When I first arrived, not one appliance in this apartment worked The refrigerator, the stove, the sink, the outlets, etc.and it took days and days of fighting with management and maintenance to get these items. Replaced three years later the same things that I wanted fixed when I first moved in had to get fixed because the problem just got worse.
If you are expecting a luxury experience and a luxury apartment that is not what you were going to get along with this post, they’re going to be pictures of the apartment that displays the opposite of what luxury means The balconies are such a hazard when the wind is high and I can look across the street and see the other building and the same way the wind is affected over here. It’s not affected by their balconies, so yes you get a balcony, but it’s really hard to keep it furnished because of the set up of the design of the balcony. The heating system is so dusty and old that it has build up dust from years and because of its location it’s really impossible to get to to clean it up so you’re also breathing in all of that dust which is not healthy included in the pictures
Management is very hard to contact to get any solution to any problem that you have
Percy is the only person in this building that does his job and does it well he can answer any question that you have he can direct you to any place you need to be directed.
I repeat do not move here!!!!!!

The building is old but the rooms are big. I like the location but the elevator is a constantly down. There hasn't been a community manager on site in several years.

Building Management is Incompetent.
Residents are constantly being inconvenienced by delayed and sub-par repairs. The air conditioning keeps breaking and the elevators don’t work—has the feel of a college dorm! The pool jacuzzi jets have been broken since we moved in 3 years ago. The maintenance team is very good but management expects them to do everything never hiring any specialists so repairs are often not done properly. The staff turnover is sky-high due to the terribly hot and uncomfortable working conditions so we cannot really get to know anyone :(. I really hope this very nice building gets the management it deserves soon!
