  Living here has truly been such a blessing for me. The community is wonderful, but what makes it feel like home is the staff. Everyone from the office to maintenance, is always so helpful, kind and ready to go above and beyond. I appreciate every single one of them! But I have to give a special shout‑out to Teresa! She is absolutely amazing, caring, beautiful inside and out and genuinely one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. She has a heart of gold and has helped me out so much when I needed it the most. I truly appreciate her more than words can say. I am so grateful to live in a place where the people make all the difference. 💛

  I cannot say enough nice things about the office and maintenance staff at Eagle Rock. Teresa is such a blessing and has come thru immediately each time I have called or come to the office. This community is very family oriented and great for kids - we spend a ton of time at the grill or just throwing the ball with our son in the center field and watch other families happy to do the same. We are proud to call Eagle Rock home!!!!

  My fiance and I had the pleasure of touring eagle rock with Andre. He was so beyond respectful, which was refreshing since we’ve looked at other communities in the area and did not receive the same level of professionalism. Andre had answers to every question, was accommodating to every need, and was willing to go above and beyond to help us find our next home. If you plan on touring Eagle Rock, I highly recommend Andre being the one to show you around. Thank you so much again! Briana & Michael Irene

  Teresa is one of a kind. She always greets us with such genuine kindness, remembers everything we’ve previously discussed, and is just as sweet to our dogs as she is to us. Anytime we have a question or need help, she’s incredibly responsive, provides fast solutions, and communicates clearly so we know what to expect regarding next steps. She keeps the office organized, makes every interaction easy, and consistently goes above and beyond. Eagle Rock is lucky to have someone as caring, dedicated, and thoughtful as Teresa, and so are we. She makes a difference, and we always leave feeling well taken care of. Thank you, Teresa!

  I have only great things to say about Eagle Rock and the employees. Teresa, Andre, Christina at office are quick to reply and help. The maintenance team-thank you John-and the group are stellar, prompt for even little things like lights and they are good at answering questions 😂. The facilities and grounds are well kept...I hadn’t rented at a larger complex for awhile- I am very pleased.
