  The Kingsley is a great community and property. Awesome amenities. Buildings are kept clean and well maintained. Apartments are modern and comfortable. Management and staff are friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

  Noah Troast did an incredible job of explaining all the amenities, showing me around the apartment, and was just overall a really nice person. Seemed very welcoming and was pretty funny too.

  John the property manager is Aces, I locked my keys out of the apartment accidentally and he was there instantly helping me with get back in, it was 10 pm on a Friday. Just wanna thank him for always being on call!

  Lived here for over two years since they opened and to be honest the apartments are nice new and modern but has some Pros and Cons you should know. You can tell these apartments are cheaply made as you easily hear the people above you so I recommend a top floor. Since i moved here they added in assigned parking. Prior to that there was never issues with the parking and they have only 5 visitor spots for 3 whole buildings during office hours. They since added different massive speed bumps then the removable ones they had, so if you have a nice car on the lower side good luck not damaging it on the massive speed bumps. The pools is nice but the lifeguards required lunch break makes you EXIT the entire pool area from 2pm-2:30pm. Now for the Pros of the Kingsley. maintenance is always prompt and they get the problem fixed very fast and John is a pleasure to work with. They also have increased the amount of community events (Farmers Markets, BBQs, Etc.) which always have a great turnout of neighbors. The community is also very nicely tucked away and quiet. You do have some planes flying overhead from time to time due to the airport right here but I’ve grown to like watching the planes fly ahead from my window. The amenities are great here and never too crowded either. Also the community is very diverse which is great!
