  Three years ago, when we began our search for a new management team, our conversations convinced me that Associa was the best fit for our needs. Michael Ryan suggested Tony Pietras as a manager for our 100-year-old factory-converted loft building, and it has proven to be an excellent recommendation. Tony’s knowledge of contractors, building issues, and local codes is unsurpassed. When he joined us, we were in a pre-crisis state; he calmly assessed our problems and provided clear quotes, budgets, and timelines. Furthermore, his expertise helped us navigate many HOA policies and laws that we previously lacked knowledge of. Thanks to his dedication and persistence, we successfully collected several delinquent accounts, significantly elevating our operating and reserve funds. He also expedited searches for new professionals to ensure we receive the best possible service. During any crisis, Tony remains level-headed and focused. He possesses the rare ability to manage micro-details while never losing sight of the bigger picture.   This Community Management Corp is very diligent with the way they take on the property and handle a lot of our issues with great care. Would not hesitate to recommend them to any homeowner association.

  I will give them credit, they do a good job taking care of the property. However, they are impossible to reach, I was promised several call backs in the last few weeks that never came, and there seems to be no accountability for their on-site property managers. To say I (& others in my development) have been disappointed by them is an understatement!

  I lived in the Winding Hills community for four years and had a wonderful experience. During my time there, I worked closely with Anthony Pietras whenever issues arose with my unit. Anthony was always professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I reached out. He consistently followed through and made sure concerns were addressed in a timely manner. In addition, Anthony and the management team did an excellent job maintaining the buildings and common areas. The community was always well cared for, clean, and welcoming. Winding Hills was a great place to live, and I appreciate the effort that Anthony and Associa Community Management put into making it such a positive experience.
