  I want to thank Eva Hewitt for doing a great job handling my gutter problem at Billas at Warren . They were clogged underground and needed the gutter people to come multiple times in order to fix them . Eva stayed on top of the situation until it was resolved. Much appreciated it especially because of the nor’easter this weekend. All working properly thanks to Eva . Thank you 😊

  I just bought my new home at Hilltop at Cedar Grove and had the pleasure of meeting Robbin, our property manager. She spent nearly an hour discussing a few initial issues I was having with my new unit. She was incredibly patient, thoughtful and thorough with responding to my numerous questions, as was Michelle who works with her. I have every expectation that future interactions and unknown concerns will be handled just as well, with issues being resolved timely and professionally. Robbin was courteous, diligent and attentive in addressing my questions. It is so reassuring to know we have such a fantastic property management team here at Hilltop!

  I highly recommend NOT hiring them as a management company. Property manager has not responded to my emails and phone calls. They have cost me a lot of money. The office has zero answers for me since they work out of a different state thousands of miles away. STAY AWAY.

  Horrible service, was given 7 different numbers and no help, they couldnt even find the property that they manage. How a management company can be so disorganized and not assisting realtors representing sellers and buyers is absolutely unprofessional and they should be fined for non compliance
