  I want to thank Kelly Arnold for always being available to listen to issues that may arise and to act on them immediately. I have had debris behind my house from the builders since I moved in eight months ago and have waited to see if anyone was going to clean it up. I finally decided to reach out to Kelly and she requested that I send her pictures. Finally, the workers have begun cleaning up their mess. I also mentioned that we had some trees that were dying in front of our homes. And shortly after mentioning it, maybe within one week, we now have brand new trees planted. I am so grateful for being able to communicate with someone who cares sbout the homeowners! Kelly is always a pleasure to speak with, and most importantly she listens and gets the job done! Thank you Kelly for all that you do!

  Greg Formica is the absolute worst property manager to have to deal with. He is inconsiderate, lazy and does not do his job. He does not answer or fix any issues and ignores requests by homeowners. He deserves to be fired. I was forced to add a star but honestly he does not even deserve that.

  Kelly was awesome, she responded to my emails quickly and helped with my request the same day as well as assumed me it would be taken care of. She totally made my day and my situation go smoothly. We need more employees and coworkers like her.

  Very poor property management company. Poor communication, poor transparency, poor attention to detail, and poor transitional capability. I hope for all boards of properties that are managed under them to find a more professional and capable company.

  Tricie was an absolute liar. Stating pets were no longer allowed and that the community had voted on this. When I pushed for the details, I recieved a notice that a vote was going to happen. In the interim, I had removed the pet allowance from my “for rent” advertisement only to find that pets were allowed in the unit by the community that was also being advertised for rent. Besides lying to my tenant and just keeping awful records. Stay away!
