  I highly recommend NOT hiring them as a management company. Property manager has not responded to my emails and phone calls. They have cost me a lot of money. The office has zero answers for me since they work out of a different state thousands of miles away. STAY AWAY.

  Horrible service, was given 7 different numbers and no help, they couldnt even find the property that they manage. How a management company can be so disorganized and not assisting realtors representing sellers and buyers is absolutely unprofessional and they should be fined for non compliance

  Would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Associa for sending us the best site manager I have worked with since living in Kalhcrest condominium. Candice Sanders (Our site mgr)started in 2025 and took the time to learn about the community and our needs. I am an owner as well as a board member. Candice has not had an easy go of it as our community is old and has many issues. However, she continues to work at getting our property in shape and saving us money. She is professional respectful and truly cares about our community. Thank you

  Absolute Nightmare - Do Not Hire Associa If I could give zero stars, I would. We live in a brand-new building complex, but you would never know it based on the way Associa "manages" our property. They are happy to collect our fees, but they completely fail at providing basic upkeep. Here is what we have been dealing with: Unsanitary Grounds: For over a year, we have had constant, unresolved trash issues. On top of that, there is animal feces left all over the property. It is disgusting and a major health hazard. Safety Hazards: The pool area in our new complex has roasting, overheating lamps that are completely unsafe. It ruins what should be a premium amenity. Zero Communication: The most infuriating part is the complete lack of accountability. When owners try to reach out to get these glaring issues fixed, Associa completely ignores our emails. They take your money and ghost you when you need actual maintenance. Save yourself the headache and avoid any property managed by Associa.
