  Really appreciated the tour and time to answer questions. Really hope an upgraded unit is available and I get approved. I definitely prefer a unit without the carpet.

  What a very well maintained grounds. Staff are always helpful and prompt with any issues or concerns. Nice place to live❤️

  When touring The Courtyards for the first time, I had such a great experience with the woman in the leasing office and with Al, the maintainance supervisor. They were both super sweet and are honestly probably the reason (on top of loving the apartment) why my fiancé and I moved in. Even after move in, I had an issue with the kitchen sink and Al was so quick to check it out and get in repaired, and was even kind enough to follow up on how everything was working when he saw us walking around the neighborhood. Unfortunately, the woman who was working in the leasing office at the time of the tour no longer works here so the office tends to be closed majority of the time now which is the reason for the 4 stars but other than that, I have had no issues. The neighborhood is quiet and the few neighbors I've spoken to are all pretty chill. Again huge shoutout to Al with maintenance and fingers crossed they get someone into the leasing office lol
