  The leasing agent, Kia was very helpful with setting up the tour, and showing us around the apartments/Wynbrook West community. Everything is very well maintained, and the apartments are beautiful. I look forward to hopefully making this my home soon!

  I lived here for over 3 years. I'll start with my cons & end with pros: Cons: -Just prior to me leaving, there was a strange noise underneath my apartment that never seemed to go away. I had called about it a lot, & I'm pretty sure it was something to do with the baseboard heating / water boiler. Either way, idk what became of it. Any time I called or filed a ticket, it was taken care of though. -The units are a little dated, in terms of layout / feeling. The place I had was filled with carpet, & the kitchen was tucked away in a corner & felt disconnected from the rest of the unit. It was hard for me to utilize the space the best way I wanted to. -It was always very hot. Idk why, but I had two AC units on pretty much non-stop for the entire summer, & most of spring / fall. Pros: -The neighborhood was absolutely lovely, peaceful, & quiet. It was walkable, well-maintained, & the on-site staff was responsive. Bill (the property super) is an absolute gem of a human being. From day 1, he was extremely hospitable & always went out of his way to help me with any service / maintenance requests I had. This community is so fortunate to have someone like him taking care of things. -The units are really good value for someone that's on a budget or doesn't mind having minimal amenities. Most of the utilities are included with the rent (water, gas, sewer, etc.). I only ever paid electricity & internet. I was also able to remain month-to-month for a long time at minimal extra cost. They were extremely flexible in that regard. Overall, I give this 4 stars because there were a couple things I didn't love about living here. Aside from that, this was a wonderful community and I will miss it.

  Generally speaking.....the management is helpful. There is no community room for parties, no weight room, amenities, gym, tennis court. It's a nice apartment complex. One thing, they DO NOT run a criminal background on tenants moving in...just a credit/financial check. The complex is not cheap for "newer apartments". "Chatty-catties". Kia, Bill and Charlene management team are good hearted. No bugs, no roaches. Dog friendly. Response to owner: if you did such a thorough criminal investigation, an individual that comes to mind would have been flagged for incarceration and felony charges. He also was earning $12,000 annually, which also would have disqualified this individual for "low income". No section 8 voucher was present.
