  Since I can’t give a zero I will give it a one. I have been really unsatisfied with the treatment I have received from the administration. I reached out to them during the first week of July asking for help with changes to my lease because I wanted to add my husband. I made an appointment with Kia, and she was really nice. She had me fill out a form that needed to be signed and then dropped off in the apartment complex’s mailbox. I signed the form and turned in the document. I then sent her an email letting her know that the document had been submitted and asking her to please let me know if there were any updates regarding the status of adding my husband to the lease. However, I did not receive a response, so I sent an email to Bill in hopes that he could provide me with some information. He said that they would look into it, but to this day, I have received absolutely no updates regarding the status of the lease change. Also, the new administration does not provide assigned parking spots, and this has become a problem not only for us but for many people who have lived here since Tony was still in charge of the apartments. Not only that, but lately it seems that the administration has been making an effort to bother us because of the things we have on our balcony. Mind you, we keep everything organized and leave a good amount of open space so that it does not look crowded or like a pile of trash. However, we did receive notices stating that we had to remove certain items or we would be fined. We moved the items, whatever. What is frustrating is that when I look around the apartment complex and at other residents’ balconies, it seems that we were the only ones who received this “fine” notice. Some other residents have a large amount of trash and belongings piled up on their balconies, making them look cluttered and neglected. It is infuriating that I am paying for an apartment in this complex and cannot get a response from the administration when I actually need help, but I do hear from them when they believe that our balcony does not fit their preferred aesthetic. Am I really paying for an apartment so that I can live here, or am I paying just to perform for the administration? There are several things that need to be improved, starting with how you treat the residents who are already paying to live here.

  The move in process was seamless and the community is quiet and feels safe. I haven’t called maintenance yet but I know they are available. I don’t have any complaints.
