The building itself is beautiful, but what really made the visit stand out was Amanda, the Leasing Manager, who gave us a fantastic tour. She walked us through all the different amenities in detail and patiently answered every question we had. Her warmth and friendliness made the whole experience so enjoyable. She knows the building inside and out, and it’s obvious she genuinely cares about helping people find the right place. I’d highly recommend Amanda to anyone touring The Monarch.

Maintenance if needed is also very responsive whenever something needs attention, which I really appreciate. Everyone I’ve met has been nice and friendly, making the community feel welcoming.
