- MDMarcus DaisJun 30, 20265.0So far my wife and I have had a great experience at The Monarch. The staff has been extremely responsive, attentive and available which is a major plus for me. Everything feels so convenient between the shuttle service to Secaucus junction, parking garage, elevators, 24 hr gym (my favorite), and more. My dog has a little park she can play in right outside my window! The residents I have spoken to so far are all friendly. The sense of community is strong and you can feel it. There is even an app residents can use to connect and help each other out & stay up to date on events. I am completely happy with this move and my new home.

A huge shoutout to Amanda in the leasing office — she made the move‑in process smooth and has been super responsive whenever I had questions. Honestly, all the staff members here are friendly and go out of their way to help, from the front desk to maintenance. The amenities are well‑maintained and the location works perfectly for me. Would recommend.

That is due to the customer service provided to me by Daniel Jimenez. He is so great to work with and very prompt to reply. I have been so annoying with questions, and he is extremely patient and understanding. Don't get me wrong, this place is beautiful and has everything we are looking for, but there are a lot of places out there that are not providing this type of customer service! It has truly been a pleasure!
