  Not great, not horrible, but definitely not luxury. 2.5-3 stars If you are noise-sensitive, look strictly at units facing the courtyard. The noise from Main Street is insane, even on the top floor. Didn't seem so when touring, but you can even hear the pedestrians. ​Safety is a real concern here given the heavy foot traffic and incidents reported by neighbors. I actually tried to switch units, but while viewing the prospective apartment, there was a squatter/intruder inside. For the price of rent, this building really should have a doorman or security presence. Neighbor noise is an issue if your neighbors aren't quiet! Im noticing more creaking in certain areas of unit, not sure if that is from "building settling." ​Something else to note, money doesn't buy clean neighbors. The trash/recycle rooms, hallways, and elevators can get very nasty due to careless residents. Gone are the days when it smelled like a spa upon entering the building. Move in incentives were helpful. Gym is cool, I appreciate the sauna, and in unit laundry (flat rate monthly water fee is questionable but trending these days) and courtyard is cool (grills were filthy the same day the court yard opened and still filthy). Nice fridge (small if you shop in bulk), oven and cabinets. Large 1 bedrooms spacious for two adults and 1 small child if need be.

  We had an appointment today for an apartment tour at 3pm. We arrived at 2:56pm but no one was in the property office. A nice resident told us she’s probably around the building. Mind you we spoke to her on the phone on Friday to make this appointment but yet no one is here. It is now 3:25pm and still no sign of the property manager. We called and emailed but only got an AI response from the email but no answer from the call. The desk had no computer or sign of anyone coming back to the office. Also, we drove all the way down from Virginia for this tour. Our time was truly wasted today.

  I’ve been living in hue soul since January and this place is truly great! Everything is clean and modern, the staff is helpful, Oscar always helped us when we had any issues with our apartment! Now the courtyard is opened and it looks very cozy and nice🫶🏻
