  There are some people you meet during an important moment in your life who you will always remember, and Nevin is one of those people for our family. From the very beginning, we knew that Nevin genuinely cared about us. We never felt like we were just another client or another transaction. She understood how much finding the right home meant to our family, and she put her heart into helping us make it happen. Nevin fought incredibly hard on our behalf and always looked out for our best interests. She was there through every stressful moment, every question, every phone call, and every obstacle. No matter what was going on, she was always smiling, courteous, sweet, patient, and reassuring. What means the most to us is knowing that she truly cared about our family and our happiness. This home represents a new chapter and so many memories that our family will make together for years to come. Knowing that Nevin played such an important part in helping us get here is something we will never forget. Our entire family is grateful to her from the bottom of our hearts. There really aren’t enough words to properly thank her for the time, effort, care, and determination she gave us.   I cannot say enough wonderful things about my realtor Nevin Asmallahh and her amazing team! ❤️ Moving from New York to New Jersey was a huge life transition for our family, and having the right realtor by our side made all the difference.   We put our house up for sale by owner in one month we had 3 inquires and zero offers. Our next door neighbors house was for sale at the same time.Nevine showed a potential buyer our neighbors house and afterwards she was standing next to our for sale by owner sign and called my phone number and asked to meet with us about her ideas to market our home. We invited her in with zero expectations of hiring her to list our home. She proceeded to lay out a marketing plan to sell our home. She left and we discussed what Nevine had proposed to us and decided to call her the next day. She came over and set up a plan for us to do a few minor cosmetic improvements and a plan to have the house declutterred after 30 years of accumulation. We signed a contract and after we completed the changes she listed the house for sale. The first weekend the house was on the market Nevine set up an open house. The following Monday we had 3 offers for well over the asking price! By the end of that week the 3 offers we had were increased! We settled on a buyer that wasn’t the highest bidder because of a letter they wrote us about their life and family they were the people we wanted in our home that we built 30 years prior. We signed the contract that Friday and on Monday morning Nevine called to tell us one of the other potential buyers had offered 35 K more. We turned that down but we were blown away by that. Even though we didn’t take the highest offer our house was sold for as far as we could tell was the highest priced house sold in town! Nevine set us up with the contractors we needed , all of them amazing and reasonable. She worked tirelessly to sell our home and for that we would 100% recommend her to sell your home, there is no one better! As a side note, our neighbors house which we considered equal to ours sold for 75K less than our offer that we accepted and 105K less than our best offer that we turned down! Amazing! Nevine is the best and we consider her a friend now .
