  I had a great experience working with leasing agent Ms Saleen. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure we understood every step, and helped make what can be a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. I highly recommend Ms Saleen and her leasing team to anyone looking for a place. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

  I have used Austin Apartments for short-term corporate rentals for my employees that are moved from CA to NJ for part of the year. We have been very pleased with the community and most importantly the management there. Their management team is very flexible, thorough, and attentive to our needs. We will continue to utilize them in the following years to come.

  Let me first start with the positive. I've never had an issue with maintenance. They have always promptly fixed any problems. My issues stem with office staff. I got the lease renewal and they wanted to up the cost by 10%. That's very unreasonable so I tried to go and talk to the office directly to see if we could negotiate a lower price. I got fed one lie after another. They first said that my rent was under market rate compared to cherry hill and deptford. When I told them that an apartment (that's practically the same exact model) in voorhees was charging what I paid for the old price they said that voorhees wasn't in the same market. How is it voorhees which is 3 miles away from Cherry Hill not in the same market as Deptford which is 10 miles away from Cherry Hill? Then they said we could save $20 by not using their renters insurance? How am I supposed to save $20 by not using their renters insurance when it is required for me to have renters insurance? They also said that the leasing rates were determined by Deptford Township? From everything that I know, properties determine their own rent rates, not townships. I know a township can apply rent control to limit a rent increase but doesn't tell you, you have to raise your rent rates up to a certain amount. Haha just got the response from the management company. Proving once and for all they are an absolute joke. They completely missed the point in their reply. My objection was less about the overall increase, which was really high and more about how they tried to spin it lying to me every which way possible from saying the township mandates it to how I could save by not getting their renter's insurance even though I'd still have to get a policy on my own so again how am I saving money? Now instead of 1 star I'd give it negative 5 stars. Hey management company maybe next time you should actually read the review before you respond with your standard boilerplate bs.
