  I had a great experience working with leasing agent Ms Saleen. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure we understood every step, and helped make what can be a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. I highly recommend Ms Saleen and her leasing team to anyone looking for a place. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

  I have used Austin Apartments for short-term corporate rentals for my employees that are moved from CA to NJ for part of the year. We have been very pleased with the community and most importantly the management there. Their management team is very flexible, thorough, and attentive to our needs. We will continue to utilize them in the following years to come.

  Just recently moved from there after 4 years and have never had any issue. When maintenance was needed they came either the same day or next day. And any questions I had the office women answered and resolved quickly.

  My fiance and I lived at the Austin for 2.5 years and we loved our experience! This was our first apartment experience, and The Austin was the only place that we toured. We got a very prompt response from our inquiry, and it was a very easy and stress free experience to apply, submit our deposit, and knew in just a few days that we were going to move-in. Once we moved in, we loved everything about our place, especially the balcony! It was something that our friends and family loved too when they came over. I remember after the first 2 weeks, there was a leak in our ceiling from our upstairs neighbors washer, and we were scared that it would be an issue, but the office staff were very prompt and maintenance came out almost immediately! Anytime we had a maintenance issue, the front staff and maintenance techs were always prompt, and compassionate. Also, if there was any other community issue, the office staff was always sure to address it! I was sad to leave, especially since we loved the pool, the balcony, and the neighborhood to go on nice walks. I think what I will miss the most is the lovely office staff, Mackenzie, Quinzy, and Jenifer who were always amazing to us! :)
