  We’ve truly loved living in this community! The apartments and grounds are consistently well maintained, and the super is incredibly attentive and responsive. The location is a huge plus, close to supermarkets, malls, restaurants, and the train station, making everything very convenient. The community itself is friendly and welcoming, which made it feel like home right away. And the balconies are a standout feature, such a great bonus space to relax and enjoy. Overall, a wonderful place to live!

  UNPROFESSIONAL: The management/super people at these apartments showed me the apartment, had me fill out the application, give them a $50.00 deposit for the application and $250.00 to show good faith and form them to hold the apartment until 2/1/17. I complied with everything and waited for them to get back to me and let me know if I got the apartment. I left several voice message and no one ever returned my call or was professional enough to get back to me after a week. I went to them a week later and spoke to the super and he said, OH that apartment was already rented. So, I told him that I wanted my paperwork back and my deposit. I took my stuff and walk out of the building. When were they going to call and tell me the APT was TAKEN? I didn't yell and curse at him for the lack of professionalism because he was not work my time. I could have been looking for another apartment if they call me back right away and not wait a week. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
