  They will leave your maintenance issues unattended and the office will essentially ghost you. I’ve been dealing with an ac that doesn’t work and a fridge that leaks profusely for over a month with no professional follow up from Parkview management. Read all the bad reviews and that’s how this place actually is. If it doesn’t involve them Nickel and diming you, they’ll never answer.

  Very overpriced and staff doesn’t address issues like stolen packages and maintenance entering my apartment when I explicitly didn’t give permission. The building is constantly dirty. Material just doesn’t match the price. I’ve been very patient in several situations giving them a chance to fix them and I’ve only been here a month. It’s like once you move in they just don’t care

  My experience with Jacky and Kenzie was amazing. They were both very helpful, kind and professional. They provided me with a lot of useful information throughout the process. They made the experience comfortable and easy, and I truly appreciated their support and communication.

  Leasing/property management do not respond to emails with serious concerns. After taking over a week to assign me a "temporary parking space" because someone was "out" and they "had to reconfigure spaces", I was assigned a spot. Turns out that this parking spot is leaking a white substance that is damaging and corroding not only the paint AND METAL on my vehicle, but many other tenants as well. I've emailed Jessica and leasing twice with no response. My partner has also went down to the leasing office to tell them about the issue and it was blamed on the salt and snow from the winter. We were also told that nobody has access to their emails because someone is "out". If that's the case, then they are both issues that need to be addressed but clearly aren't and are being placed on the back burner. My car is damaged due to their negligence, and I have yet to receive a response on how they plan to address the damage to a vehicle I JUST BOUGHT. I've asked to be reassigned to a spot in appropriate condition and for an inspection of the current parking space to be conducted and *crickets*. Probably because they're too cheap to do the necessary fixes. The garage doors break down literally every other day. I'm not paying an extra $50/month for a parking space to have my car damaged. Not to mention, we have two incidents of one of our vehicles being stolen and broken into, and were told that we needed a police report to get the footage. They were given the police report, but still didn't give us the footage! Turns out a lot of their outside cameras don't work. Stay away from this place.
