  Parkview towers is a great location, tons to do in the area. The staff is amazing, I had the pleasure of working with Angelina. She was extremely helpful throughout the process.

  Rampant package theft. I’ve lived here less than a month and my packages have been stolen 3 times. Smelly apartments and unbearable neighbors. Just an awful place to live…

  I worked with Angelina the leasing agent. She was wonderful and gave me and my roommate a great experience with moving in. She was always there to answer any questions and I had a million of them. The whole staff is super nice and welcoming and the facilities are great. I think I’ll enjoy it here.

  Any comment on here with five stars is blatantly lying, corporate and the ones in office really do not care about what you go through here. I've been here for 6 months and this place is truly disgusting. I recently found a dead mouse in my apartment yesterday. The mice are coming through behind the AC units, because there's literally an opening that leads right to the brick wall you see from outside, and they can easily get from behind the wall and through your AC units into your room or living room. Every single apartment has the same AC units. Don't even bother and waste your money at this place, 100 percent guarantee you will be highly disappointed. The pictures I provided have been taken recently. 05/2026 if I took a picture of every Dead mouse I wouldn't have storage on my phone. And those other photos shows behind your AC unit.

  It’s honestly shocking to see how many positive reviews this place has gotten. To start the cops are here almost every other day because of a dispute going on. Constant arguing and shady people. You must keep your doors locked at all times because maintenance loves to show up unexpected. The first week of living here we had not one but two issues with mice and roaches. It took a month to stop turning on the lights in the kitchen and seeing roaches crawling around everywhere. Parkview also likes to make up prices as they go. Weird smells in the hallway constantly, clogged drains, and random nights where the shower water is cold. Every time you log into your portal you will see multiples extra charges that make no sense. I am truly amazed people keep moving in here and falling for this scam.The only hope that this place has is the area. If you like to enjoy Haddonfield or Philadelphia that is what makes this place valuable besides that the constant nightmare you will be living in may not be worth the enjoyment of the area.
