  Please Please Please do not rent here. Rent anywhere else! I have had the same plumbing issue for years. I have called the case Manager so many times. Left 10 messages, hundreds of texts and emails. Last response was July 17th with no resolution and no response since. No exaggeration I have not had a return call since. They ignore you and treat you as if you are the problem. Toilets don't flush properly. I can't have company in my own house. They won't offer any type of rental credit. They offered me to move out and break the lease and said they won't charge me a fee to break the lease! How crazy is that. What about the moving expenses it will cost me? U haul, movers, deposits. This by far is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Luckily I have documentation, videos, text messages, emails and photos. Even the maintenance men that come over say how ridiculous it is. I have not been fully able to enjoy this home. I can't have company and my children can't have their friends over. I want loss of use for all the issues from the plumbing over all the years. All the stress. All the missed days of work because I had to be home waiting for the repair crew. Progress does not think of all those things. When we are putting toilet paper in bags instead of in the toilet because of the drain issue. They sent a plumber and they advised the pipes are not sloped properly which is where all the issues are coming from. This has been going on for 4 years!! The plumber advised he went through all the past reports and not once did someone run a camera down the pipe to actually find the issue and because of that I have suffered. I am over it!! I spoke to an attorney on Friday and have my second meeting today. FYI Progress the worst part is all the calls and emails and texts that go unanswered. Maybe if you would communicate and not hire people who ignore tenants there could have been a resolution. I asked Sandra numerous of times to please give me an email, phone number or address of someone that can help me if she can't. NO RESPONSE.

  I’ve never rented from such a money hungry company. Struggling to get people on the phone, trying to get issues resolved like a running sink for 4 days, a leak in my roof through the bedroom took a month to repair. Then they always want more money? But don’t want to help anybody. I will NEVER rent from this company again.
