I can almost assure you anything more than a one star review is more than likely new management posting a review. This place is horrible. My newly renovated apartment is literally just a paint job Were they painted over everything and threw in some cheap cabinets. We’ve been paying for amenity fees yet we have had no amenities for months accept the pool which is disgusting. There’s constantly issues going on with the AC, The lobby smells horrendous 90% of the time. The elevators are the most unwelcoming elevators I’ve seen in a building. Don’t buy whatever the rent is listed as because it’s an additional close to $300 a month of fees. This place is more worried about making the place look pretty to pull people in than taking care of their resident that have lived here.

I have been a tenant at this property for nearly two years but i don’t think i will be renewing my lease. The management team's communication is severely lacking, and the property is continually neglected. Every week, maintenance issues are addressed, but repairs are of poor quality because for some reason these same “repairs” fail within days. Most critically, the AC has been broken for two weeks during an intense heatwave, yet the management office's AC functions perfectly! To add on, the lack of basic services, the elevators have also recently broken down. I can’t even imagine elderly tenants walking up flights of stairs to go to their units. The building was well-kept under previous ownership, but current management has allowed it to deteriorated to an unacceptable level! If i can rate this place 0 stars i would.

I almost never write reviews and I just had to due to all the great changes. So amazed at the new owners for all the work they are doing, the building finally has AC working properly under new management and much more. Thank you!

Pros- Location & Large Apartments Cons- Where do I even start? When I first moved in all utilities were included. Premier took over and took that away perk away which is one of the many reasons a lot of tenants chose to leave. The buildings plumbing is horrible and they regularly have sewage back ups. Hot summer day? Don't expect your air conditioning to work. Cold winter day? Don't expect your heat to work either. If it snows on a day that the staff is off they will not plow/shovel. The building was supposed to be smoke free starting in January and I've have yellow dripping down my bathroom walls and no one did anything to rectify the issue. I had numerous leaks from my ceiling and one of them was before work and it still wasn't addressed when I came home and pieces of my ceiling were all over the floor. When you call the office you either don't get an answer or you get a nasty attitude. Elevators go down regularly which is problematic when you live on a high floor. I am moved out now but right before moving out we were down to one working elevator and it was a smaller one. We had about 4 other apartments moving out the same day as us but the couple that reserved the service elevator said nobody came to unlock it. I see management claiming these issues are fixed but you should believe the dozens of negative reviews you read about this place.

Been here 9 years and it was decent until new ownership. Pretty sure the new owners are trying to get everyone to move out so they can gut it and double the rent. Floods, sewer issues, no A/C, other apartments cooking odors coming into kitchen thru vent which should be pulling air out, other apartments shower steam and shampoo/ soap/crap/cigarettes/ weed odors coming into bathroom vent which should also be pulling air out. Camden county and the township are actively investigating. Next step is a rent strike until BASIC conditions are met. I've seen some slums over the years and this place is headed that way.
