  The utility cost for a 1 bedroom apartment is almost $400 so put that in your budget if you plan to move in. Bathrooms leak or clog constantly. Water shut downs constantly (funny because of the utility issues). They take the utility bill of the whole building and divide per head. So you’re paying for the amenities basically twice to run them and to use them and it looked like a hazardous mess all summer because they hired the world’s slowest contractors to make changes to ONLY what you see when you come in. My bathroom is barely usable since I moved in. Freight elevator was out all last month. Office people are sweet can’t blame them but the people above are straight robbing people.

  I lived in this building between 2023 and 2026 on the 9th floor. In that time there were 2 managers. Morgan properties and Premier (current) The building is going on 60 years old and needs to be torn down and something else put in its place. we had mold in the ac units. one year they forced window units on us because the archaic ac systems are so old they don't make parts for them anymore. Our upstairs neighbors washing machine was clogged and seeped through our living room ceiling. we could tell by the shit popcorn ceiling that this was not the first instance. *Had to edit because I forgot they installed the bathroom laminate so incorrectly that it got water under it and it grew more mold and i had to take it out myself after 6 months :) YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE STOLEN OR DAMAGED my husbands motorcycle was nabbed along with someone else's vespa one night. someone was awake and called the cops, so the vehicles were recovered. but they were kids in 2023/24 and got no jail time :) they will be back!!!! also heard of people cutting cat converters along the back fence, the cameras won't help. STOLEN MONEY this one is super current. as we were moving out, we gave them a new address to send the security deposit. You won't believe this, but Premier actually just sent it to themselves and were going to keep it but my husband threatened with lawyers cuz that's our money. So they sent the new check to the same address via certified mail and they kept the $40 of interest we collected while our deposit was sitting in their bank :) DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY, VEHICLES, AND HEALTH!!!!!!!!!

  They’re charging me 60 dollars a month for gas in a 1 bedroom apartment according to the people in the leasing office. Meanwhile the first floor is constantly flooding, the water and HVAC gets turned off at least twice a week, the elevators are in poor condition, the washers and dryers are constantly breaking down, and the leasing office can’t be bothered to pick up the phone when you have a question. They recently changed from a flat utility fee to charging based on residents and apartment square footage, which is now about 230 dollars a month for my 1 bed 2 person apartment which covers everything but gas. (For those not aware, this means you are essentially paying for other people’s utility usage regardless of how much you actually use) But they also charge you a 60 dollar “utility reimbursement fee” which covers only gas. The only thing that’s uses gas in this apartment is the stove is what I understand from the leasing office. So if they’re over charging for gas who knows what else they’re over charging for.

  AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. All elevators down frequently. Had to walk up 12 floors with my 3 year old. AC NEVER WORKS. It worked a total of 3 times this year but never more than that. Electric goes up about $100 a month since we renewed in March 2026. 24/7 maintenance? A joke. Can’t ever get ahold of anyone in the office. Oh! And if you want to renew, your rent goes up more than 3% every year while they post updated units at a way lower price. PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.

  Don’t move here. I’ve been living here for 8 years and there are always leaks from the ac above. They never cut the ceiling out to fix the actual problem. They just paint over it. Thinking of filing a complaint somewhere else but don’t know where yet.
