  Diana was so great throughout the entire apartment application process at Chatham Hills. She was always responsive, professional, and willing to answer any questions we had. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and easy from start to finish. We truly appreciated her guidance and support and are so excited to be moving into our new apartment.   Highly recommend exploring this property if you’re in the market for a new place to live. Diana is extremely kind and cares a lot about the tenants / future tenants. She approaches you as a human rather than someone who will be giving the business money which can be hard to find when home hunting around here. Really had a great experience because of her. Book the tour!

  Can’t say enough great things about this complex! Location is fantastic! Maintenance staff is incredible! The job they did with snow removal during both storms was beyond superior! Complex is very well maintained. Maintenance and office staff always responds promptly when needed.

  I have been living here since October and I love it. I have lived in two apartments now and I can safely say this is my favorite one. In unit laundry, dishwasher, patio, pet friendly… it has everything I was looking for. The garage is so nicely priced and it comes with storage unit. I highly recommend getting that if you have a car. Never have to worry about snow and have enough space to keep all my things.Great area to be in over all. Walking distance to ShopRite and CVS. Plus some great places to grab a bite to eat. Maintenance has been great here. And with the recent snow I can say they do a great job with getting that all worked out too. Looking forward to getting a dog here with the dog park, dog showers and doggy walking stations
