  The botanic is the worst apartment building I’ve ever lived in , they charge extra fees for everything and don’t maintain the insides / or outside the building. There is litter and trash all over the exterior and the hallways of the building , they charge over $60 in trash fees a month for it look like this. Their management is extremely disrespectful and rude and the rent each month is topped off by an additional $300 in fees which they claim is to maintain this disgusting living residential building. Whenever they are confronted about their horrible service they respond with no resolution. Living here is a total scam their parking is extremely expensive and the spaces are not even reasonable for the size of a standard car - meaning potential property damage. They smoke marijuana in the elevators on the weekends and whenever the office staff isn’t here. People leave empty containers of food and alcoholic beverages all over the building, visitors leave the different exits of the building open exposing children and vulnerable persons to violence that expect and pay to live safe. The management is aware of this and they do nothing about it except continue to charge and don’t maintain the building property they are stealing from their residents ! Do not rent here this is not peaceful living there is a night lounge across the street and there are always drunk people lingering around the area, along with a performance arts center that is used to recreational purposes where people crowd the parking lot garage on high street where the botanic charges $100 a month for parking. This is worse than a project building in a low income area. Don’t rent it’s all a facade they only maintain the office space where they sign the lease at.

  We had an appointment at 12pm on 05/17/2026 for a tour we waited 20mins and no one showed up, we called and texted no answer. A total waste of time UPDATE 05/19/2026 the appointment name was under Ernesto but its fine cause we found somewhere else better! Which is obviously not with you guys

  I am more than satisfied with my services from hector the maintenance guy ! I’ve only lived here for two months and he’s always been available when I need. He’s replaced door handles as well as remembering to update me on maintenance requests ! Super professional and just an amazing guy all round !

  Zomana has been great to work with. She helped us with the apartment tour and clearly explained all the amenities. The rooms are neat, and the customer service is excellent. Overall, she is a great manager, and the rental experience has been very positive.

  I came here twice and was told somebody would be here to walk me through a tour. Both times I arrived and called the number provided and got no response. There was also nobody in the building to assist you. If that’s how they treat people before they move in god bless when you do move in. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
