I had the easiest move in! My leasing agent Andrea was very helpful. The building is quiet and clean. Couldn’t be more excited to move in.

They renovating. Why are we paying for amenities then? Also the gym got “renovated”. seriously? Nothing new besides paint on walls. Amenities fees should be waived for all months until renovation is completed.
I recently moved to Bristol Station Court from New York, and my experience so far has been very positive. From the beginning, Andrea and Laura have been incredibly kind, professional, and hands-on throughout the entire process. They were very responsive to all my emails and inquiries, which made the transition much smoother.
They also took the time to help me find the right place to live and were very accommodating to my needs. I had requested a larger vanity for extra storage, and they made it happen, which I truly appreciate!
It’s only been a couple of days since my move-in, but so far I have no complaints. I’m really happy with my decision and looking forward to continuing my experience here.

I made an appointment for me and my fiance to take a tour of an apartment on Sunday, March 22, 2026 at 11am. We got there at 10:30am. One of the employees (a female) asked if we were waiting for Laura, I stated yes. She stated that Laura was on her way. We waited in the junkie room which had packages everywhere and I mean packages was EVERYWHERE! Tables and chairs were old and needed painting or to be thrown away. The little room where it look like computers was also junkie. About 10 minutes to 11am another Spanish speaking lady came in, said hi and went in the office, came back out, never once asked could she help us with anything nor did she ask us why we were there. She moved boxes around, washed her hands and went and sat at the front desk, again, never asking us why were we there. A few minutes later, I walked to the desk and stated that we were here for a tour at 11am. In a nasty tone. She stated "what time is your tour". I said, 11am. Again, in a nasty tone, she stated, "I need to see your reservation". Which to me didn't make any sense to me because they were having an open house. I showed her the email that was sent to me and she was just so nasty. If this is what Bristol Station Apartments have representing them, then I don't want any part of it...you're being nasty and giving me attitude and I'm just coming for a tour, I can only imagine how I would be treated once I become a tenant. I will surely share my experience with everyone I know to make sure the do not come there for an apartment.
