The apartment itself is not bad but my shower squeals I put a work order in and they said it can’t be fixed due to the water pressure in the building and now I have tendinitis in my left ear. Not only that my neighbors above me kids run around all day and night and I can’t get any sleep. Then when you walk into the apartments it smells like dog pee and poop with flies everywhere. And they have events here and there so you can’t park close to your home and they have private parking but it only caters to apartment B. So you basically you’re out of luck if you there’s no parking. Like for instance today there’s an event and it says NO PARKING for 12:00 pm until the next day but when I go down to move my car it already blocked in mind you it’s 10:00 am why is my car blocked in? And also my friend gets a ticket for absolutely no reason!! Then I had to park all the way down the street at the park like this is ridiculous I can’t wait until my lease is up!!!!

Jessica Martin has been so helpful and courteous. She’s the best! Nikki and the maintenance team as well, it was a joy to be apart of the community.
