  Stephen, my Leasing agent from queens gate apartments in bound Brook, was AMAZING! So sweet, so nice as understanding, able to answer every question I had , so quick and efficient with following up, etc. Stephen is the best attribute to Queens Gate!!!

  I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but after dealing with the same issues over and over, I feel it’s necessary. When we first moved here, this community was great. Over time, things have extremely declined. We pay for valet trash, yet there are many nights when it isn’t picked up, forcing me to carry my own trash down. In the past year alone, we’ve had 4 different leasing agents. Every one of them has been helpful and professional but seems like management doesn’t support them. Residents are charged for parking, even though parking used to be free. Water billing changed from a flat monthly fee to usage based with no real communication. I’ve been charged for renter’s insurance despite having an active policy. This has happened more than once, and I have to keep contacting the office to correct their billing mistakes. The amenities that attracted us to this community have disappeared. The complimentary coffee, water, and snacks are gone. Recently I needed to print an important document in the clubhouse, only to find the printer had no ink. It’s frustrating when amenities advertised to residents aren’t maintained and you are paying $3,500 in rent. The most disappointing part is that residents report these issues, but nothing seems to change. It feels like concerns are ignored until they’re made public.

  I had a great experience working with Amanda, the Property Manager, and Stephen, the Leasing Manager. Both of them have been incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the apartment search process. They consistently followed up with me, answered my questions promptly, and made me feel like they genuinely cared about helping me find the right apartment. Their communication and dedication really stood out, and I could tell they truly wanted to make the process as smooth as possible. I appreciate all of their efforts and highly recommend working with them..can't wait to move in..

  It's been few weeks since I moved to this apartment and it's been a great experience so far! The apartment tour and application/move guidance was given by the leasing manager, Lily, who has been very helpful and quick at replying to emails. She is one of the best leasing managers that I've met from all these different apartment tours that I had. The apartment is pretty quiet. Soundproofing seems good because I don't really hear any neighbors. Overall, I am happy with the move here.

  I moved in recently and I love it here already. The unit is nice and spacious. I also really appreciate the leasing manager, Lily. She was so helpful throughout the tour, application, and move-in process. She was thorough, patient, kind, energetic, and helpful. She responds to emails super fast and is just a great communicator. Most importantly, you can tell Lily really cares about her residents and that gave me a lot of peace as I was looking at different apartments. She really is awesome! Also, the community events here are so creative and fun. I was super impressed. Looking forward to more of these. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice apartment and community!
