Leasing agent from queens gate apartments in bound Brook, was AMAZING! So sweet, so nice as understanding, able to answer every question I had , so quick and efficient with following up, etc. Stephen is the best attribute to Queens Gate!!!
I had a great experience working with Amanda, the Property Manager, and Stephen, the Leasing Manager. Both of them have been incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the apartment search process. They consistently followed up with me, answered my questions promptly, and made me feel like they genuinely cared about helping me find the right apartment. Their communication and dedication really stood out, and I could tell they truly wanted to make the process as smooth as possible. I appreciate all of their efforts and highly recommend working with them..can't wait to move in..
I moved in recently and I love it here already. The unit is nice and spacious. I also really appreciate the leasing manager, Lily. She was so helpful throughout the tour, application, and move-in process. She was thorough, patient, kind, energetic, and helpful. She responds to emails super fast and is just a great communicator. Most importantly, you can tell Lily really cares about her residents and that gave me a lot of peace as I was looking at different apartments. She really is awesome! Also, the community events here are so creative and fun. I was super impressed. Looking forward to more of these. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice apartment and community!

Lily is hands down the best property manager we’ve ever had at Queens Gate! From day one, she has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. She truly cares about the community and goes above and beyond by planning wonderful events for the residents, like community BBQs and get-togethers that make the building feel like home. She ensures any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and the property runs seamlessly because of her hard work. If you’re looking for a place to live in Bound Brook, knowing Lily is running the office is a massive selling point!

Beware of unexpected charges on your bill and a lack of communication from management.
I started electricity service directly with PSEG on my move-in date and have autopay enabled. However, Queens Gate is also charging me for electricity, which makes no sense.
My husband and I have sent multiple emails to Amanda, the property manager, requesting answers to the following questions:
1) Why was I charged by Queens Gate for electricity?
2) Were these charges applied in error?
3) If the charges were applied in error, how does Queens Gate plan to correct the issue and refund or credit any inaccurate charges?
We have yet to receive a response from Amanda or anyone from corporate.
The bright spots of this community are Roger and Lilly. Roger has been professional, responsive, and has resolved every maintenance issue I've submitted in a timely manner. I've placed multiple service requests, and he has consistently addressed them quickly and effectively.
Lilly has been incredibly helpful and patient. She is on-site every day, responds quickly to residents, and genuinely cares about the community. Honestly, I'm not sure why she isn't the property manager because she's the one consistently helping residents and communicating with us. She also organizes community events, and I've met some great neighbors because of her efforts.
Another disappointment was learning that the fireplace in our unit doesn't work. Before we moved in, Steven told us it was functional. While it wasn't a deal-breaker, it would have been nice to know upfront that it was decorative only.
Overall, my biggest issue with Queens Gate is the lack of communication and accountability from management. Billing concerns shouldn't require multiple unanswered emails just to get a basic explanation.
