  I’ve had a positive experience living here overall. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. The maintenance team is responsive and addresses requests in a timely manner, and the building is kept clean and well maintained. One thing I especially appreciate is how quiet the building is—you don’t have to deal with unnecessary noise, which makes it a comfortable place to live. There are a couple of areas where I think improvements could be made. The apartment doors automatically lock, so if you accidentally leave your key inside, you’re charged to have the door opened. It would be great if there were a secure digital access option, such as a mobile app or keypad entry, to help avoid that situation. Also, the amenity spaces, including the rooftop, have fairly strict guest rules (such as no music), which can make it difficult to host friends. Overall, it’s a well-managed, clean, and peaceful community with a helpful staff, and I’ve enjoyed living here.

  I lived at The Green for two years and had an amazing experience overall! The building was consistently clean, the amenities were great, and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. The location is very convenient. It’s about a 5 min walk to the train that can take you to NYC, Hoboken, and Montclair. There’s also a commuter bus stop directly across the street that runs Monday through Friday. I worked from home and the apartment was mostly quiet. The apartment also has Amazon lockers so our packages were constantly secured and I never had a stolen package. The maintenance staff was excellent and responsive throughout my time there. Myrial was also consistently responsive and helpful with any questions or messages. I’d highly recommend!

  Myrial is one of the key reasons we decided to sign at The Green! We had 30 tours back to back between two days and she 100% stood out to us and sold the property well. She is kind, considerate, and always willing to help with any task - big or small. She is a warm presence , and invites you into the community with a wealth of knowledge and a warm smile. Thanks for all your help Myrial. You’re the best and we know we are in good hands because of you!

  The location is great if you attend Bloomfield College. The cons to this building is that it is poorly constructed, you hear everything in the hall and above you. I don’t like hearing my neighbor above me using the bathroom.The college students are constantly yelling at 3am in the morning as well as sirens from the police. From a price standpoint it is expensive considering the infrastructure of the building. Hope this helps Nancy
