  The Green is a great building with beautiful amenities! I especially love the apartment layouts — spacious, cozy, and modern. The leasing process was smooth, and I want to give a special shout-out to Myrial, who was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and always willing to answer my questions. She genuinely made the experience easier and more pleasant. The staff here is great overall! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the noise. Depending on the apartment, you might hear quite a bit from the neighbors and the street. The AC unit can also be pretty loud. If you’re not particularly sensitive to noise, though, you’ll probably love living here! The location is another big plus. The train station is nearby, and you can get to NYC in about 35 minutes. Just keep in mind that getting home late at night can be a little challenging, as direct trains run less frequently. Overall, it’s a lovely place to live, with comfortable apartments, great amenities, and a genuinely helpful team. Special thanks again to Myrial for making the leasing experience so positive!

  I’ve had a positive experience living here overall. The staff has always been friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. The maintenance team is responsive and addresses requests in a timely manner, and the building is kept clean and well maintained. One thing I especially appreciate is how quiet the building is—you don’t have to deal with unnecessary noise, which makes it a comfortable place to live. There are a couple of areas where I think improvements could be made. The apartment doors automatically lock, so if you accidentally leave your key inside, you’re charged to have the door opened. It would be great if there were a secure digital access option, such as a mobile app or keypad entry, to help avoid that situation. Also, the amenity spaces, including the rooftop, have fairly strict guest rules (such as no music), which can make it difficult to host friends. Overall, it’s a well-managed, clean, and peaceful community with a helpful staff, and I’ve enjoyed living here.

  I lived at The Green for two years and had an amazing experience overall! The building was consistently clean, the amenities were great, and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. The location is very convenient. It’s about a 5 min walk to the train that can take you to NYC, Hoboken, and Montclair. There’s also a commuter bus stop directly across the street that runs Monday through Friday. I worked from home and the apartment was mostly quiet. The apartment also has Amazon lockers so our packages were constantly secured and I never had a stolen package. The maintenance staff was excellent and responsive throughout my time there. Myrial was also consistently responsive and helpful with any questions or messages. I’d highly recommend!
