  House was nice and big. It was accommodating to three family’s at once. Great location and in walking distance to most things our family needed, ice cream, putt-putt and beach. The outback area was awesome. And night was the best with the streamed lights on . Neighborhood was nice and quiet and the front porch was great sit and relax.

  Overall great place; Wi-Fi was a little uneven and weak which was a minor problem for family member’s remote working. Also would have appreciated directions for Wii as we were unfamiliar with it and would have enjoyed using it on vacation.

  Amazing house. Space was spectacular and comfortable. I called Jada our PMI Saltwater Associate and asked her specific questions about the house. Jada went out to the house and gave us all the answers I needed. We all loved the pool, too! Great house and thanks Jada!

  Had an awesome stay! The house was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The location was perfect, and everything made for a relaxing week at the beach. Jada was a great host, very responsive and easy to communicate with from start to finish. We really appreciated all of her help and would absolutely stay here again. Thanks again, Jada!

  We did not have the best experience due to multiple issues most of which involved plumbing. The layout of the home is very nice for large families however the owner seems to only put bandaids on problems instead of actually fixing them. We had a shower that would not shut off and when we were asked to shut off the main water we were not able to because the valve was stripped, the plumber had to go outside and access the shut off from the street! The ceiling leaked from three different areas and we were asked by the plumber to try not to use the shower because the basin was cracked. We had to place buckets and bowls in the kitchen area to catch the water. I feel that when I book a vacation home 10 months in advance that these problems should have been addressed before the summer season, they were clearly existing problems by the previous patch work and stains on the lamp shades. I will give Jada 5 stars, she was our contact person throughout the week and I had to call her the first four days that we were there. She was so nice and handled everything immediately and also followed through to make sure we were taken care of. She is truly the star of this company!
