  I toured this complex multiple times but ultimately decided not to lease here. The leasing team used aggressive sales tactics, repeatedly emphasizing that units were “filling up fast,” prices “change daily,” and rents are “controlled by an algorithm—we can’t do anything.” I offered $3,100 on a unit listed at $3,250, but they declined. That same unit is now listed for $2,900. The property has apparently had over 20 vacancies for several months. During one tour, another resident aggressively honked and cut us off in the parking lot to save a few seconds. These experiences left me questioning both the pricing strategy and the overall resident community.

  It's not a bad place to live, the location is great and my neighbors are very kind, but there are some things to note if you are in a downstairs unit with a basement especially. 1. You can literally hear everything above you, my neighbors upstairs have a dog and I can hear it run back in forth all day. Additionally, the stairwell into the basement literally has zero sound proofing, I can talk to my neighbor through the stairs and hear him perfectly (We tried it before) 2. The front door. Wow, it shakes the whole entire apartment because people slam them. 3. Parking. Something I will never understand about this development is why there is not at least one assigned parking spot. It is incredibly frustrating when people have visitors over for days and all the spots are taken, some people have night jobs and its ridiculous this is an issue for the insane amount of money we have to pay here in rent. 3. Billing? I've talked with multiple neighbors and they have had issues with rent being incorrect after the Westminster acquisition. 4. Dog feces. A lot of people not picking up after their dogs, its disgusting and something needs to be enforced. 5. Smoking. Can literally smell smoke in my apartment, not sure if they're smoking inside or just on their decks, but furniture is starting to smell like it. Overall, been happy here otherwise, but these issues need to be seriously addressed if they want to reduce the frustration of tenants.

  From the moment I came to see this community. I knew there was something special about it from Joyce and her team and the absolute amazing Jarek and his team. Always on point with getting things done. Their dedication and warmth makes every day brighter. And it’s very hard to find a community like this so supportive. I’m blown away by such incredible service and support I’ve received since moving in. Maintenance team office team always on it. This community truly feels like home. The grounds are wonderful with lush green trees, feels like home and so grateful to be here. I would give this community a 10 for excellence!!!!!!
