The property manager, Joyce, has been one of the key reasons we’ve chosen to stay! She is truly a pleasure to work with- always kind, responsive, accommodating, and willing to help residents. She has made every interaction and transition within the community seamless
- JSJoseph SanchezJul 31, 20261.0They took $50 for an application fee. OK I understand they Took $300 to hold the apartment then they made me sign up for a pet insurance app of $30. I ended up not getting the apartment which is OK it’s a nice place. It didn’t work out the $50 fee. I understand the 300. They told me would take 30 days to come back to me. That money is important for my next apartment to hold money. That long is insane. Then they told me I can’t have the money back for the animal app. That’s insane. It’s almost like a scam. Everybody who is waiting for an apartment has to pay $30 +50 that’s $80 for nothing.
- DDDianaJul 27, 20265.0I've had such a lovely experience with Atlantic Pointe. I began my apartment hunt back in January 2026 and toured Atlantic Pointe in the beginning of June. I've been taking my time with this search, and viewed tons of other places, but kept coming back to Atlantic Pointe. I reached out to Joyce who is the Property Manager letting her know that I was interested, but was really not entirely sure which floor plan would be best. She was so kind to welcome me back to the property and showed me all available floor plans so I could make the most informed decision. Throughout the process, she has been SO helpful, very quick to answer any questions I had, and has been so willing to help. I am so excited to be moving into the community come October and I feel so confident in my choice!
