The community consists of seven clusters of townhouse buildings containing bi-level two- and three-bedroom apartments that have gone under massive interior and exterior renovations to revitalize the entire community. Renovations include new siding, roofing, windows, doors, flooring, cabinets, appliances, bathroom vanities and tile flooring, washers and dryers added to every unit, HVAC systems, and fresh paint throughout. The parking lot was paved and striped, a playground was added along with a modest community building to house management offices and resident service programs.
