  Kim is an amazing realtor. Finding a lake house is really hard in MA and Southern NH,. She helped us craft smart offers in tricky situations, giving us great advice. With Kim's help, we considered everything from new construction to land acquisition on a variety of lakes. She guided us to the right property and helped us get it.

  I used Kim Spanos to sell my multi-family and she was great with coordinating with the tenants to prepare for the sale, doing assisted showings with prospective buyers, and handling all the paperwork. Would definitely recommend her!

  Kim was a joy to work with! As a first time homebuyer, she broke down the process so I was not overwhelmed, and was there to answer my questions every step of the way. She worked with my crazy schedule while I was moving from Virginia, and helped me get the exact condo that I wanted. Not only that, but she has been available throughout the process to help take care of the little things, like setting me up with plumbers and electricians. Highly recommend!
